- Add hot water target capability
- Only include hot water data when a hot water zone is configured (fixes https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-remeha-home/109529/34?u=christerbeke)
- Use correct API endpoint for configuring temperature set point depending on current mode (fixes https://github.com/ChrisTerBeke/homey-remeha/issues/6)
- Improve code by moving JWT parsing to authentication library
