Not sure if this is specific to linux or Arch but putting here anyway. Recently my internet was upgraded to fibre and should be getting gigabit internet speeds over Ethernet. However, my max download speed is capped at 34 Mbps on my Linux desktop with B450 MOBO but am getting well over 100 Mbps on my windows laptop using the same Ethernet connection Have googled around and tried a few things but nothing seems to be working. Can someone please help ?!

So i was fiddling with my network configuration files and somehow broke my system a nd couldnt recover from a timeshift snapshot or access my data from a live session. (getting corrupted block errors) Spent the weekend re-installing ArchTitus and setting up my configurations and stuff. However upon testing the network, I'm now getting full gigabit speeds so happy days i suppose.
