Some icons in Power Menu just appear as dots

Specifically shutdown, restart, and lock. All other icons work. I've tried re-installing rofi but that doesn't work

here is what the power menu ends up looking like:

Based on the config of the theme it is missing the following fonts: FantasqueSansMono

But I am still working to try myself as well to make them work.

I installed fonts-fantasque-sans package from apt repository but icons still missing. Then I tried manually install FantasqueSansMono font and icons still missing.

I'm using old icons, they are working.
