Describe the bug

Bluetooth manager, wifi manager utilities not working in ubuntu 22.04.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Utilities'
  2. Click on 'Bluetooth Manager or Wifi Manager'
  3. See error

Expected behavior

Expected controls for bluetooth and wifi.
