Replaces the current Preview image with a new, smaller, and more vibrant image

I think the current PV img is way too big so I added a newer, smaller, and more vibrant one. lmk what you think Chris.

I would recommend using a preview image including the tab layout that was merged a few days ago. The current one, and your proposed one, do not accurately reflect the current linutil UI.

I realized that the commit hash is bugged so I will be re-opening this.
