Added custom config.jsonc for fastfetch (Similar to yours)
Modifications to setup.sh:
- Generate fastfetch config with create_fastfetch_config
- Create a symbolic link of fastfetch config to ${USER_HOME}/.config/fastfetch/config.jsonc
