Update hyprland-titus post to have up to date info

Added new install script, checked off waybar in the progress tracker, and updated the workarounds that need to be addressed to match the hyprland-titus github readme

ps. I'm not sure how you feel about editing posts after the fact. Maybe put a edit message or something.
