Remove visualskins link (for reasons described in #137).
Add other skin sites and notifier of DeviantArts account requirement.
Add link to the list of working weather skins on the Rainmeter forum.
Note: I do not know how HUGO renders links, I couldn't find any documentation of the display <url> syntax, so I hope normal markdown links work.
