Hey, so did I understand correctly that you go 4 times a week or did you at first go 3 times, then 4 and now daily?

Good job Chris! Fitness and nutrition are tricky these days! I am 53 and stay lean but I had to get rid of some big offenders like processed oil. They are "metabolism killers." Dr. Charles Poliquin, the famous Olympic trainer famously said something like "You have to earn your carbs." So for me, if I have a very physical day then I use more muscle glycogen and will replenish with more carbs. Ranchers fatten their cattle with grain not fat if that gives any hint. Anyway man, keep up the good fight!

Hey Chris, thanks so much for posting this. I came looking for info on getting my Windows 10 install leaner and tighter, but getting myself that was is much more important.

You ask "What are you doing?" Answer: Walk the dog. I'm just getting started, for like the billionth time, but I want to start walking our dog EVERY SINGLE DAY! He loves it, constantly reminds me, and all I have to do is say "yes".
