Hello Chris, This does not appear to be working anymore. I tried using Powershell (admin) as well as CMD for the heck of it. Powershell throws a "the term uninstall is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. It did the same for the term x86 so I launched PS from my application/version/installer to get past that. It seems they don't like people disconnecting from them. It's not easy staying in control of a monopoly. Could you imaging if you not only had to split some of your billions$$ with one other company like Apple, who does not come close to the market share Micro$sof holds, but say Linux actually was able to go mainstream? Unbearable! How did we allow a monopoly like this to emerge in this day and age? I really wish there were another option or two that were wildly accepted and compatible with Windows. Sure they may lose 50 billion but it's not like it would show on their books at the end of the day, drop in the bucket.

Thank you for all the skills you share with all of us. Not happy with somehow being the IT guy for friends, family and neighbors, and their cousins etc.. But I have a good teacher.

@Latltude98 It worked for me. Make sure you have typed in the right version and are using the Command Prompt.

@WaterMelon4938 Still didn't work. I found a fix uploaded 10 hours prior, It shows a workaround and that microsoft did block the way above. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol1REx_R3Og&t=29s&ab_channel=Britec09

Forgot that they blocked it on Windows 11. Thankfully, it still works on Windows 10.

The setup.exe --uninstall command only shows the confirmation dialog but does not uninstall Edge on Windows 11 22H2.

Is there a way to bring edge back?
