All Power Plan Options #2058

Some power plan options are hidden, but luckily they can be unhidden using this script:

So I created a PowerShell script to change each value, problem is that some of those options I have no idea what I should change their value to, that's why they are commented (#), feel free to change those however you like

I think those Powersettings are usually overwritten by the powerplans, so setting them will set most of the settings as wished. Looking at every single one of them will most likely be to much for nothing.
