Option to disable UserChoice Protection Driver #2186

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As you have probably may noticed M$ deployed UCPD to all user which broke the associations for many files which you have previously change and set it to Microsoft's defaults. So I quickly got a suspicion that this driver is to protect Microsoft's settings from users instead of users settings from other programs because it broke for example associations for PDFs and set it back to Microsoft edge and when I manually tried to change it back it would revert back do edge.

Describe the solution you'd like Option for disabling this stupid driver which does more harm, then gains useful features.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disabling it manually.
