Asking for intervention when installing apps

Describe the bug When I try to install some apps the winutil prompts user to choose other user to install the apps, after a no keeps getting error 1632.

To Reproduce When installing this apps, I'm getting errors:

-EA app -Epic Games -Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) -Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) -Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) -Python 3.12 -Microsoft .NET Windows Desktop Runtime 6.0 -Microsoft .NET Windows Desktop Runtime 7.0 -Microsoft .NET Windows Desktop Runtime 8.0 -PowerToys (Preview) -Jellyfin Media Player -VLC media player -EA app -Tailscale -LibreOffice -NeoFetch

The prompt:

Expected behavior Install the apps after answer either yes or no to the prompt.

Additional context EA app isn't installing in anyway.
