Left/Right Scrolling #2753

It would be nice to be able to scroll left and right with the touchpad when you are on the Install tab. Currently you need to click and drag on the scroll bar to go left and right. I haven't ruled out it being an issue with my laptop but I am assuming this functionality doesn't exist yet within WinUtil.

I've taken a look at this and this is quite difficult to implement. Seeing that @MyDrift-user is working on a huge redesign of the install tab at the moment that afaik doesn't include the requirement to scroll left to right at all, I don't think we will add this in the future (except future design decisions necessitate the functionality in the future)
