Unable to remove the ultimate power profile

I have use winutil and I use a french Canadian Windows 11 Pro Tweaks - Performance Plans I have use the ADD and activate Ultimate Performance Mode

Now in Windows Power management I have about 5 ChrisTitus power profile. In Winutil I also use the "Remove Ultimate Performance Profile" without success and got this error from the powershell terminal

I also tried to removed these registry key but their are locked. Even tried to run regedit in admin and also in safe mode (boot) without success.

How can I removed all the Chris Titus power profiles from Windows power option.

Finally found a work around to delete the power profiles manually by selecting "Modifier les paramètres du mode" and then I delete the profile. Did this to all 4 profiles and they are all gone.

Still the bug to remove it from Winutil is still not working.
