Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's been reported that Microsoft will force-upgrade M365 business users to new Outlook in January 2025. Many users and admins believe the new Outlook is not an acceptable substitute for classic Outlook, and would like to forestall this upgrade. It's been reported that adding a registry key will block this force upgrade (ref above link). Microsoft's roadmap is for classic Outlook to be supported until 2029.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a 32-bit dword value named NewOutlookMigrationUserSetting equal to 0 under registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\preferences
Describe alternatives you've considered
None currently identified
