Windows Freezes when trying to add attachments or load anything #987

I applied the tweaks and since then whenever I want to attach files on my email from any browser, tried google chrome, firefox, edge. The whole PC freezes as soon as I click "Add attachment" and I have to reboot. The same issue is also present in other apps that require you to press "Load" Or "Attach" to open a new file explorer window. I'm not sure what's causing this but I think it's a windows service, please help.
