Parachutes deploying in real time when timewarp active #11

As @Ippo343 remarked in #10, parachutes will open in real time even if timewarp is engaged. Instead of going ahead and stopping timewarp, I think the best solution would be to create a new watch object which would mimic the currently used System.Diagnostics.StopWatch, but which run on the ingame clock and runs faster under timewarp.

Implementation pending.

New object is there, will undergo tests to see if everything works in there.
