"Parachute missing!" in Engineers' report hangar #59

When i add the Realparachute to a spacecraft, in the engineer's report at the bottom right, it displays that parachute is missing. How it's possible?!

Because it's a feature that has not been added and is in development, and has been reported multiple times, both here and in the thread. It's complex to implement and takes time and will be bundled with 2.0.
