set the max temp int/skin as the default parachute #60

I notice that standard parachute has max temp hit/skin set to 2500.

It's possible to set cone chute to this value?

First of all, I do not see why you would be pushing this to my development branch. Second, you could at least have reset your branch head. Third, as mentioned in this post by Starwaster: no. The temperature at 2k is what it should be. Squad can set stuff to be ridiculous if they want to, but I won't. Make yourself an MM patch if it holds so dear to you.
