Custom parachute category fix #73

Fix for a null reference exception in RCToolbarManager:AddFilter() when new custom category is created.

Please mind you that redistributing copies of modified RealChute, even here, is prohibited by my license.

I'll update RealChute when I have the time. I'm currently working 40h/wk on top of a full time 5 course uni schedule.
