Threads on artwork post #7

Whenever an artwork is posted, the bot will create a thread so people can speak freely about the post and initiate conversation with the author without cluttering the channel.

Still need to add a detector for specific channels so people can only post attachment

Last merge allows now the bot to delete messages without attachment in artwork channels.
