Restart Occasionally Fails #35

Under certain circumstances, the restart feature doesn't work correctly. It 
appears to fail to attach to the process.

I've recently reworked the restart code to always use the full path of the 
executable, this may have fixed the bug, but I am not going to mark it as fixed 
until I test it further.

The current version does not display this behavior, I believe it is solved.
