Add one-line-field for notes in bookmarks #71

Now we have only address in bookmark. 
It would be nice to have 
| Address | Note which can contain some remarks to this address|

The current SVN tree has a "comment" field for the bookmarks which can be set 
through a context menu.

I am also thinking about making the CPU view display these comments somehow 
when a bookmarked address is visible in the current code block. This could 
prove to be a nice way to "name" useful functions.

Of course you may put whatever you like in the comment field :-).
