[Thank you for the work down so far!]

I have been looking for a way to minimise only selected windows to the tray. 
For example only minimising my GMail window.

I was thinking a nice touch to this extension would be the ability to have 
windows not automatically minimised to the tray but instead, another option 
added to the right-click/contextual menu, under "minimise", which says 
"minimise to tray".

[If I put this suggestion in the wrong place I apologise]
