What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check "Hide tray icon if no minimized Chrome windows" in options

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If nothing is minimized to the tray, there should be no icon. The icon is
still there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.1.53, Windows XP, Chrome 4.1.249.1021

I've got this issue as well. I tried checking the 'hide tray icon if no
minimised Chrome window' and that had no effect.

Version:
Chrome 5.0.375.99
Minimise Chrome to Tray 1.2.1.53
Windows XP Professional SP3
