Icon Disappears, Hidden Windows Lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Explorer.exe process ended
2. Explorer.exe restarted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Toolbar icon reappears.
Actual: Toolbar icon does not reappear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 1.2.1.53
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Crashes of explorer.exe cause this problem for most tray icons, but some 
programs icons always reappear. Is there perhaps some way to ensure that 
this icon reappears after crashes as well? Or at least add a button in 
options that one can manually click to force the icon to reload?
