Not Installing #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visited http://code.google.com/p/minimizetotray/
2. Downloaded chromeTray.crx file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Extension should get installed properly but the following prompt came

Extension Install Error
---------------------------
Invalid value for 'permissions[0]'.
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Chrome 3.0.195.33 on Windows XP Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

This extension requires Chrome 4+ version. I will add information about minimum 
version 
on project home page.
