New Tab menu - tray Icon not visible - tray menu items disappear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure "Hide tray icon if no minimized Chrome windows" is checked
2. Open two windows and minmize them
3. Restore one window and close it
4. Right click the tray icon and it will disappear only leaving an 
"Options" menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see tray icon.  Expect to see all menu items

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Minimize to tray 1.1.2.40
Chrome 4.0.249.0
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

The "Show 'New Tab'" menu option is confusing if you already have a tab 
opened since it also will make a "New Tab" menu item. You don't know if the 
menu item is going to show the tab you already have open named "New Tab" or 
if the menu item is going to create a New Tab.

Sometimes the context menu for a window has a blank entry.

The tray icon has disappeared. Open two windows, minimize them, make sure 
the "Hide tray icon if no minimized Chrome windows" is checked, restore one 
window, and close it. The icon disappears and only the menu "Options" is 
shown. For the minimized window to be restored, I have to open a new chrome 
window, minimize it, and then the icon will reappear and the menu items 
will be shown on the icon so I can restore either window.

If "Hide tray icon if no minimized Chrome windows" is not checked and the 
windows are done the same as above, the only context menu option is 
"Options" and the missing window has no menu item.
