Missing minimal.mobile.css #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load any page and view the console messages in 1.7.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the file to be present and load some css for mobile. :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.0 (testing on a Windows machine)

minimal.mobile.css exists in /assets/css and display properly down to 7 inch 
view ports, as described in the documentation.

Yeah it was an issue with my machine.  I'm not getting that error anymore 
either.  Sorry.  I should've removed this a while back.
