Removed experimental APP version 1144 and 2 (full) as it was not further developed and validated. Renamed the "light" approach (that uses SPM for bias correction) to "SPM" and added a 3rd iteration with 45 mm (ie. if we use it then with full power, lower iterations helps in the head/background area). Tested basic processing (none, SPM, default) for Collins and HR075. Tested also for longitudinal processing.
