Hi, I’m facing an issue in my research. When I’m doing image segmentation, is there a way to save the "Bias, noise, and globally intensity corrected" image in the native space? It seems that when I choose not to write in the standard space, CAT12 doesn’t generate the image in the native space.

You can switch the GUI to expert mode (bottom right). Then reopen the segmentation batch, which now has many more parameters and options, and where you can now also select the native space output of the bias-corrected images.
