Data for Germany not updating anymore since 2022-02-01 #24

Hi, seems like numbers for Germany were last updated a month ago:

2022-03-10-german-covid-data-2 2022-03-10-german-covid-data

Yes, sorry, I neglected the app a little... I just saw the the RKI changed its data endpoint and format (see https://arcgis.esri.de/aenderung-des-rki-covid-19-datensatzes/). I will look at it and reactivate it if possible...
