Josh says that we couldn't use MSDN or HXS Microsoft documentation.

This is a really bad news. Anyway, I will integrate a plug and play
documentation provider in the Parser.

This way, if someone wants to add the documentation to their class, I will be
able to post this on my blog, outside the SlimDX project.

The provider could be plug-and-play in order to add handwritten (ahah)
documentation from external files.

That's an interesting idea, but as per discussions on the list, this isn't
something we should do for a while.

The new pluggable DocProvider API is available in the parser in r1743. No
implementation are officially released.
