Hello ! I did not find ftldat.py here, but it was in the archive on http://www.gamefront.com/files/22532326/Grognaks_Mod_Manager_v1_4_zip

Why is that ? Is it hosted somewhere else ?

Yeah, a newer version can be found at https://github.com/bwesterb/ftldat

(May or may not be compatible with GMM though.)
