Allow the Apereo site to be presented in different languages.

https://github.com/Anthony-Gaudino/jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin and https://github.com/liamzebedee/jekyll-i18n are two plugins that exist but aren't supported by GitHub pages.

More research will be needed into possible solutions.
