"Bowerize" crispy-grid and make it independent from Compass #15

This allows the grid to be distributed and included via rails-assets.

It could be considered to leave the gem-related files in the project to be able to serve the grid as a gem, too.

Für die Publizierung von Gems hätte ich mir zwei saubere Versionen 0.6.0 und 0.7.0 gewünscht, also auch 0.6.0 ohne das ganze alte Compass-Geraffel zur Browserkompatibilität. Aber gut, jetzt such ich mir den am besten passendsten Tag für 0.6.0 raus.
