User story: As a user I want to be able to comment a blog

Acceptance criteria:

If I made something wrong, I wan´t to be able to update the comment.
I would like to see date and time of the blog and if it is wrote or updated.
I want to update the same comment, instead to create a new comment from edit and has to delete the old one.
