Version 1: Jupyter Notebook Tutorial: subset_USGS_precip.ipynb. I ran this locally using Anaconda installation of Jupyter Lab and in the cloud using Binder.

Version 2: Python script: subset_precip.py. I ran this locally using Anaconda installation of Sypder.
