Keeps disappearing from Tivo's Network needing restarts of PytivoX #27

This issue has been longstanding through many version of PytivoX I've used.

I have pytivox running permanently in the top right hand task bar of my Mac.
After waking my
Mac Mini from sleep, when I try to access the Streambaby part of pytivox via
"Music,Photos,
showcases" my Mac doesn't appear in the list. After quitting Pytivox and
restarting it, boom the
computer instantly appears on the Tivo.

This is reproducible every time and has been happening for months despite
upgrading to the
latest pytivo versions including beta.

I'm running Mac OS 10.6.1, PytivoX 1.3 latest. Airport Extreme Basestation

Happy to help out with this issue as it's driving me NUTS.

This happens to me just about every time too, from a MacBook running Snow
Leopard. It happened before I
upgraded to Snow Leopard as well.

Is there anybody out there who doesn't have to restart pyTiVoX every time their
computer goes to sleep?

I wish it would show up until the machine went to sleep. For me it won't show
up at all, EVER. At one point it worked for a day or two and now... nothing.
NO idea why, have tried the latest beta as well. I've been experimenting with
iTivo, FFMpegX, kmttg, and other things, did one of them somehow stomp on
something and destroy the ability for my Mac to communicate to a Tivo under any
circumstances??

Although I should clarify that kmttg works fine in terms of copying material
from the Tivo, reading all of its playlists, etc. But the Tivo can't see the
mac no matter what I try.

Running Snow Leopard 10.6.8
