Can't pull in DVD Cover Image / summary for movies

I know this is probably user error, and I'm overlooking something obvious, but 
I can't figure out what the format is to provide the movie / TV show 
information for the application.  Like summary, thumbnail, etc.  So you can see 
what the movie is about.

And is there an easy way to gather that sort of information?

If you are using kmttg to transfer the files you can have it create the 
metadata file automatically. the thumbnaul / show cover is the name shown under 
image below. 

 The file is called:
Name_of_show.mpg.txt

which has the content:

title : Friends^M

description : The reception following Monica and Chandler's wedding is almost

You can also use Med's Movie Manager program to created the database then COPY 
the database to what the entry dbname.main=   says in searchNstreambaby.ini
