How can I tell the difference between a Canadian and US phone number? Do they both have the country code "+1" and have the same masks? Thanks.

Hi, sorry for late response.

Yes, based on the gists I collected and wikipedia articles, they all mention that canada uses +1 as their country code and the same mask as US.
