Keep a table of existing ORKG properties and use their valid URIs in SciKGTeX

python script fetches all properties from ORKG API
python script composes the lua file and appends the automatically generated table of properties.
a github schedule (daily) for the composition process is added
the edge case where a label describes several ORKG properties is handled properly
add tests for the new features
