We are using Qlik Sense Server 3.1 SR 1
When I try to (change or) add new alternate states to a published app (by another user) the server gives the message 'access denied'. When I copy that app to (my) work it still doesn't work. When I refresh the app there is still no access.
But when I then save the app without data and refresh it. I can add new states. And when I publish the app I still can add states in the published app. But now another user cannot change or add new alternate states. Is this functionality/extension only for one person (the person that made the app and last refreshed it)? or am I missing something? And if yes, is there a way to make this functionality available for business users too (that don't have the right to publish or refresh apps in our company)?
