A [TPL] <> object is targetted. This target object owns QA tags to check.
The description of the target object has the definition of each tag.

and the data on each objects of same type except the TPL object should have :
a QA_Last-Check timestamp
a QAIP01 attribute and a value that can be :
OK (if tag found in description and "todo;" is omitted)
TODO (if tag found with "todo;<>"
MISSING if tag not found

report tags and missing, ok, todo counters
write a todo list with relevant informations and direct link in the file (can be TODO<> to tag the object in the attributes. in Archi we can find objects or so with a filter.
