Map options not taken into account #2

Map options like "Should the Map move-and zoomable with MousePointer and-wheel?" are proposed in back-end. These options have no effect on map!

All options are active but Mouse wheel can't be desactivated due to Fullscreen option (see openlayers issue https://github.com/openlayers/openlayers/issues/581). To be corrected soon.
