JTrackGallery comments : rights, bug #6

When enabling JTrackGallery comments, comments are open to every user (non loggued users too) and posting a comment fails with an error.

Error has been corrected. Backend Rights for J!TrackGallery commenting system.: can now be defined in back-end for user groups. Other commeting system have their own right management (
