Terms and Conditions Glitch

There seems to be an issue in my server where despite accepting bot rules initially it keeps popping up with the message to accept the rules. Of course, since I already accepted them everytime we try to click accept now it fails to accept. The bot still works it just occasionally prevents certain actions being perused and requires the request to be resubmitted.

Each individual user has to accept OwO Bot's rules before they can use commands. They only need to accept once.
