Update Stinky.js

Clarifying stinky's description, before I really couldn't tell that it also removed current buffs without checking. I think it's pretty important to clarify, as that makes a huge difference in comparing it to other weapons like pstaff.

If anyone thinks they have a better way of wording it, feel free to suggest.

I would personally reword to be more like: Prevents any buffs *AND* debuffs from affecting this animal, and inflicts **?%** ${WeaponInterface.magEmoji}MAG when an effect is successfully blocked.

But if not, please fix the successly/successfully typo :)
