Add ScalaJS Support #24

ScalaJS support for Linebacker. Although I'm not sure what its worth in JS, it should allow it to be used upstream for projects who want to depend on it and offer scalaJS.

Some hangup on executors. :-1: Going to need to investigate scalaJS if I have time.

The only way this is happening is if executors and some functions move to a separate module.
